Shopify Shipping Rates

Hello there!

If you're reading this, then there is a good chance that you were charged $14 instead of our normal flat rate of $7 for shipping. 

This is a Shopify issue relating to fulfillment by our different locations (all items ship together, but Shopify charges shipping for each location and  we can't change this setting).

If this happens to your order, we have a few options for you: 

If you haven't completed check out: Reach out to us and we can email you a custom cart with the proper shipping rate to check out.

If you have completed check out: Let us know if you would prefer a $7 refund for the overcharge on shipping OR if you would like to receive a mystery item from the shop valued at $15+.

In the instances where you haven't reached out to us and we cannot reach you, we will send you a mystery item.
