Refund Policy

We are a very small shop and are unable to absorb the costs of the returns and exchanges. That being said, we will do our best to work with you when something isn't what you were expecting. Please feel free to reach out to us at 541.265.7454 or childishtendenciesnewport@gmail.com

In the event there is an error with your order, please contact us so we can work with you on the best way to resolve the issue.

Returns and Exchanges Policy:

  • You must contact us within 2 weeks of your order arriving to arrange the return/exchange. Item must be received within 30 days of purchase.
  • Returned items are only eligible for exchanges or store credit. No refunds will be given. 
  • Items must be returned at your cost. Please contact us to arrange this. Items may not be sent without first notifying us by phone or email above. Please be sure to use a trackable shipping service and purchase insurance. We are not liable for items lost/damaged in transit.
  • Item must be in NEW condition when we receive it, all original packaging and tags must still be in place. 
  • We cannot do an exchange/return if you do not have a receipt or order number. Please contact us if you need help finding this information. 

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Intimates (Underwear, boxer briefs, training pants, diaper covers, swimwear, etc)
  • Pacifiers
  • Headbands/Bows/Hats
  • Health and Personal Care items
  • Gift Cards
  • Personalized Items
  • Preorders and Presales
  • Sale items

Once the item(s) have been received by us, we will inspect them and approve or deny your return/exchange based on the condition of the item(s) and other criteria previously mentioned. If you are approved, then we will contact you to arrange the exchange or issue store credit*. 

 

 

*Store credit does not expire.
