Shipping and In Store Pick Up

In Store Pick Up  -  Please select Pick Up at checkout and we will contact you when we have your order ready. Let us know when you'll be coming and we can bring it curbside for you. 

Shipping - Flat rate shipping is $7. Free flat rate $7 shipping on orders of $99+ (after discounts) in the USA. We typically ship the next business day (Monday thru Friday, orders placed on Saturday will ship on Monday. Orders that include sale items may take an additional 3 days to process). Your order will ship via USPS or UPS depending on the size and weight of your package. When we have shipped your order, you'll get a shipping notification with your tracking number. For your safety, we may choose to add signature requirements to orders over $250 at no charge to you. If you would like to waive this, it is at your own risk. Insurance up to $200 is included with your order. 

Exceptions to Free Shipping - In the event that your order is unexpectedly expensive to ship, we reserve the right to cancel your order. If you would still like the items, we can give you a shipping quote and you would be liable for the shipping fees. 

Shipping Oversized Items - Some items considered to be dimensionally oversized have a flat fee of $20 to ship. It is noted on the product description if it is applicable for this shipping rate. In instances where shipping is less expensive than anticipated, we will refund the shipping overages and contact you to share the good news! In instances where you order multiple oversized items, you will only be charged this fee once. There is no free shipping level for oversized items.

Please note - Once your package has been given to USPS or UPS, we are no longer liable for what happens. We will do our best to help you with filing a claim with the carrier if there is an issue with delivery. We will do what we can to make things right. Please let us know immediately if there are any issues.
